You deserve some time to disconnect from your stressors and reconnect with yourself and nature and this is a noteworthy event.
This event has been designed to help you Calm the Chaos, Regain control, and Reclaim your life as well as an opportunity for you to meet other amazing folks just like yourself (and make new friends too).
HOW?
This unique event incorporates the following modalities: Life & Leadership Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Equine Assisted Learning. EAL is a type of experiential learning that involves working with horses to develop a range of skills and competencies and can be used to support personal growth and development, as well as educational or professional development.
What to expect:
We like to forego the awkward feeling of not knowing our neighbor so we make sure everyone feels comfortable;
Name tags and games to break the ice
Techniques to help you calm your mind
Roundtable-style discussion
Introduction to our equine (horses)
Equine centered activity
**No horse experience required
